{pwc in london!}

after arriving in london at about 9 am, i went straight from the airport to the pwc office to meet my friend ashley (who i was staying with) for lunch.  no offense pwc nyc, but the pwc london office has some pretty amazing views!

after lunch at the borough markets, ashley had to go back to work - seriously, who works these days anyway? ;) - and i stayed awake long enough to watch the women's open water swim event in the park near the tower bridge.  one of the greatest things about london during the olympics was the massive tv screens all over the city.  you could catch the olympic events almost anywhere you were!

after a nap at ashley and jack's flat, i met up with one of my friends from australia, aland, and his sister, tamasine, for dinner and ventured down to the olympic park with them.  such a cool experience!

and then it was back to ashley and jack's to get ready for an early flight to amsterdam the next day!
